In therapy, I am asking questions, listening, and offering invitations and tools to consider based on what we learn about you.

Therapy is a great space to process the hard things, so you can move forward with your life. Therapy with me is practical, focused, and built for busy moms who are carrying a lot and functioning anyway. Many of my clients are women with demanding careers, young kids (or both!) who look “fine” on the outside but feel chronically overwhelmed, anxious, resentful, or emotionally stretched thin.

Motherhood might not look how you expected...

What brings most moms in for therapy?

Ultimately, my goal is for us to help you feel good without me. I want our sessions to blend into your actual life, so you feel the progress and growth in your day-to-day.

and that can be hard to say out loud.

Motherhood is not all sunshine and roses. I believe in telling the truth about what's working and revisiting the parts that aren't. In a very loud world with lots of opinions, I help my clients focus on their own home and what works for their family.

I'm a therapist for moms.

Need a therapist who "gets it"?

My motherhood journey began in 2016, with a pregnancy loss, and has evolved over the last decade. In addition to being a therapist for moms, I'm a mom myself. Having 4 kids has humbled, stretched, and refined me in ways I never could have imagined when I began this stage of life.

Most of my clients begin therapy overwhelmed and unsure where to start, and end with a clearer sense of who they are, what they have control of, and what they want this season to look like.

As a family, we've had to change careers, work schedules, childcare set ups, and pretty much every detail of our lives to find new systems that work, so I know first-hand how hard it can be. And, that eventually, with the right help, you might find yourself enjoying this stage of life more than you imagined.

My fee is $225 per 50-minute therapy session. Most clients attend weekly or biweekly sessions for 3–6 months, depending on their goals (postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, infertility stress, identity shifts in motherhood, or relationship strain after baby).

Insurance & Reimbursement: I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients receive significant reimbursement for therapy sessions by submitting a superbill to their insurance company. After you meet your deductible, your insurance plan may reimburse a percentage of each session fee.

The Investment Involved

The large cost of therapy has kept me out of therapy in the past, so I understand the financial hurdle it can be. While nothing replaces 1:1 therapy, I offer weekly groups to provide accessibility for moms who need help, but have tighter budgets. I also write a free weekly Substack, where I teach the skills that often come up in my 1:1 sessions. It's my hope that all new moms get access to the care they need in one form or another.

I've been on both sides of the perinatal therapy couch, multiple times, and I know from experience how helpful therapy can be in postpartum and through motherhood.
