I genuinely believe there is so much we can learn about ourselves by doing life in community. Especially when our partners and loved ones might not "get" new mom life, and it seems like everyone on social media is having an easier time than us.
My hope is that every group session would leave you feeling a little less alone in your experience of motherhood.
I believe wholeheartedly in the effectiveness of group therapy, and offer process groups for a variety of situations. Group Therapy can also be a more affordable way to access professional support, postpartum. There's a general structure, some skill building, but we are mainly there for the magic that happens when you show up vulnerably and consistently; you build community and feel connected.
Lighten your load by Summer 2025, by:
- understanding the Fair Play method, how to avoid common pitfalls and maximize success with the method
- processing the mental load of motherhood & parenthood
- practical tips for redistributing the labor in your home & regulating yourself
- connecting with other couples who understand how hard this stage is
- helping you actually enjoy your partner, again
Are you drowning in the logistics of caring for your family? Does the mental load make you feel like you're always treading water?

This group is for new moms who feel like the medical, mental, and physiological challenges of birth and postpartum are preventing them from having the "normal" experience of postpartum. The goals of the group are to build community, learn basic coping skills, and normalize variety in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences.
If you feel like you haven't been able to connect because your experience has been wildly different from the moms around you, this group is for you.
We meet weekly Tuesdays at 10am, and the cost is $75/session.
This group materialized out of a need I saw in my 1:1 practice. It's designed for moms 4 months pregnant and beyond who are struggling with the mental and physical limitations and challenges of pregnancy. We will build community, share resources, and develop regulation and acceptance skills that will serve you as you transition from pregnancy to postpartum.
We meet weekly, Thursdays at 9am, and the cost is $75/session.
Has "the glow" not been a part of your pregnancy experience?
