Together, we learn basic skills that allow you to accept what you cannot change and help you identify your agency in the area of your life where you feel stuck. In all groups, we leverage Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Principles.
This virtual support group is for parents who carry the mental load in their homes—the planning, remembering, anticipating, and emotional labor that often goes unseen. If you’re the one keeping track of schedules, needs, logistics, and feelings (often while juggling work and family), this group is for you.
The Default Parent Support Group offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to connect with other parents who get it. Together, we’ll focus on practical communication tools, sharing systems that actually work, and offering meaningful support during a season that can feel heavy and overwhelming.
This is not a complain-fest. The goal is to create a productive, connective space where parents can feel less alone, gain clarity, and head into the week feeling more grounded and resourced.
Groups run Sunday evening, Friday @ 2pm, and cost $250/month.

This group is a free group that is run in partnership with the Petaluma Mother's Club.
It's free, open to all Petaluma Mother's Club members, and is hosted every 6-8 weeks. All moms with babies <1 are invited. We meet at my office (in Petaluma) or when the weather allows, at local Sonoma County Parks.
It's a VERY casual meet up, where you can come and go as needed, bring your baby, wear leggings, and take a minute for yourself around moms who understand just what you are going through. Common topics include: feeding, sleeping, extended family, and partner challenges.
You can look at the Petaluma Mother's Club website and calendar to join our next meeting.
This group materialized out of a need I saw in my 1:1 practice. It's designed for moms 4 months pregnant and beyond who are struggling with the mental and physical limitations and challenges of pregnancy. We build community, share resources, and develop regulation and acceptance skills that will serve you as you transition from pregnancy to postpartum.
We meet 1x a month, the 4th Tuesday of the month, at 9am, via telehealth.
Has "the glow" not been a part of your pregnancy experience?
