We believe that moms carry it all, and they deserve a space where they are carried. Our goal is to help you tell the truth about your experience -  naming what's working and revisiting the parts that aren't. In a very loud world with lots of opinions, we help our clients focus on their own home and what works for their family.

Therapy for Pregnancy, Postpartum & Parenthood in California

"Just tell me what to do and I'll do it" might be the most common phrase said in our intake calls. Our clients want to be "good moms", but are still trying to figure out what that even means. Thankfully, our therapists are moms, who understand what it's like navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood.

Our experiences vary, but we understand clinically and personally how it feels to
- navigate a new body and mind
-face challenges with your partner and family you didn't expect
- battle intrusive thoughts on your own.
- wanting to quit your job, when you never expected to

Perinatal Mental Health Therapists

Our fee $250 per 50-minute therapy session. Most clients attend weekly or biweekly sessions for 3–6 months, depending on their goals for therapy, and the time they have to dedicate to therapy.

Insurance & Reimbursement: We are out-of-network providers, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients receive significant reimbursement for therapy sessions by submitting a superbill to their insurance company. After you meet your deductible, your insurance plan may reimburse a percentage of each session fee.

The Investment Involved

The large cost of therapy has kept us out of therapy in the past, so we understand the financial hurdle it can be. While nothing replaces 1:1 therapy, we offer weekly groups to provide accessibility for moms who need help, but have tighter budgets. Kylie also write a free weekly Substack, where she teaches the skills that often come up in my 1:1 sessions. It's my hope that all new moms get access to the care they need in one form or another.
